Payments
Only the presenting authors must pay the Conference fee.
If the other authors do not attend the Conference, they do not need to pay. But, if attending, each must pay the Conference fee.
Everyone who attends the conference must pay the Conference fee.
Cancellation Policy for the Conference
If we receive your written cancellation before June 30, 2023, 80% of your registration fees will be refunded. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date. Cancellations of registrations must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat eva.beltran@esic.university. The amounts will be refunded after the month following the end of the Conference.
